Bookkeeper - Full time position Mon-Friday 08.30 to 17.00 with an expanding company in Aldershot, reporting to MD.
The candidate will be qualified and have at least 10 years experience in small to medium sized companies and the ability to plan their own work schedule and supervise others.
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company accounts to monthly management accounts, cashflows, projections and variance analysis. Other duties include, filing Intrastat reports, EC sales lists and monthly VAT returns, running a weekly payroll, Bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control and monthly stock checks. The company has a US and French point of presence and the role includes assisting the overseas auditors as well as overseeing intercompany stock control and invoicing.
The candidate is expected to be proficient with Microsoft Office and a knowledge of SAP Business One would be an advantage, although training will be given.
Maintenance Technician -
Experienced individual required to carry out our maintenance, on gelatine encapsulation machines and ancillary plant, experience of single and three phase electrics will be an advantage and understanding of plumbing desirable. With training the individual must be able to achieve a full understanding of our manufacturing process and equipment and carry out planned and reactive maintenance as well as maintain a stock of spare parts. After training the candidate will need to be able to identify equipment malfunctions and rectify breakdowns as quickly as possible.
There will be some out of hours call outs and telephone support required on a rota basis. Salary 20-25k.
